Hemp oil is a term that can refer to two different products: cannabinoid-rich hemp extracts, or oil extracted from hemp seeds. Hemp seed oil is rich in omega 3 and omega 6 fats, protein, and other nutrients. Although it is remarkably nutritious, it is not recommend as use for therapy.
